Isata 3- why dinette seat belts?

Each dinette seat has a belt. The first thought would be that they are for the kids but since it doesn't seem to convert to a bed, where would they sleep?

Does anyone have any thoughts in that?

I should clarify that it's a 24FW if that makes a difference.

It does turn into a bed.

Well sure if you are using it for a town car.

Remove the table. Remove the post. Set the table on the ledges on the seats.lay the back cushions on the table. Now it's a bed.

Well that's what we assumed because our other two motorhomes have been like that. This one however, seems to have the wrap around backs permanently affixed. Click image for larger version

Update: After jerking and tugging them a bit, they seem to have become unlatched from something. What is the trick to detaching them from the base or walls?

Sorry that's different than ours. Yours must not be set up to use as a bed.

You're missing the filler cushion. Those backs are fixed.

Filler cushion normally ships loose in a cabinet. Sometimes dealers pull them out for some reason

Are the filler cushions the same dimensions as the bottom cushions? I have the bottom cushions, I removed one for clarity.

Would the filler cushions be available from Dynamax? If so can I order direct? My dealer is rather unresponsive in such matters.

Same height...it is about the width of the table. You can try the direct parts email from our website....but I'm not sure they are doing parts direct anymore. If it was noted on the dealer check in sheet that it was missing it would be warrantable...which is why it would be best to go through your selling dealer.

Thanks but It was preowned.

That's pretty large, where could it be stored?

therein lies the question. It was hinged so that it could be stored in the bed storage. or below the dinette.

Ah, that make sense. It also explains why there are seat belts there.

Thanks for the answers.

Lawyers put the seat belts in? I didn't think they were that handy.

Dinette Bed

With the slide out there is a long storage compartment under the mattress. That is where I keep my folding bed pad for the dinette. Pretty comfortable although just a little short for me.

It turns out that mine parted ways with the coach before I got it. At least my initial question got answered.

X2. My wife and daughter both like to sit at dinette while traveling. Often using laptops to keep up with their jobs.
