Isata 4 Sewer dump lower then the bay door lip

Got the New isata 4 last week. We've done 2 quick trips. Went to dump the grey water, hooked up the flex hose but the dump pipe connector is about an inch lower than the bay door lip, so the flex hose has to travel up before it goes down. So this means after you close the valves their residual fluid that cant drain at the top of the hose from the neck of the pipe. So disconnect and you get a bunch of fluid dump out! Not pleasant! So far I've only had to deal with grey water. so what is going on here?

Do you have a pic you can share? Sounds like it may be a trip to the dealer so they can shorten the pipe to raise the coupler. Should be a warranty item.

Yes..I know we have modified a couple because it is tight there. The other thing I have seen is to swivel the pipe straight down into the hole....if it is centered Sometimes the ribs in the floor will mess with that as well. It is something we're looking at.
