I tried multiple times to just unplug the control unit but that never worked for me. When we used the battery disconnect switch and rebooted, all the lights worked and the Truma recovered after an hour or so. The Truma not recovering more quickly might have been caused by us turning the dial the wrong way.

That did it. Thank you very much for your reply. Now that it is dark, I unplugged and did the battery switch reset and all is well. So thankful for this community and everyone who takes the time to post details and reply.

I'm so glad it worked! This group has saved us several times. It's great to be part of the Dynamax family!
Safe travels!

I haven't had the light issue recur, but have reset the panel several times to other (perceived) issues. Guess I think that any reboot is as good as the next - it's just a computer, after all. Understand that turning off the battery disconnect would turn your A/C off for a few minutes while rebooting, but that's just a short time. Battery disconnect is far easier that unscrewing the panel and pulling a wire. Obviously, you have seen the PP panel go thru its reboot. I have no idea if the solar input has any effect; that was just my observation at that time. I have rebooted w/ sun many times since, and dimmable lights have worked fine. One time glitch?? Hope you got your lights back by now. Maybe someone else with real knowledge of the Precision Plex system can comment on the dimming light issue.
