Which drawers? Is it hard to see what you are referring to from the pictures.
Haven't noticed any drawers coming apart on my I5.

I have same problem with my solera. Probably because I put a lot of weight in them. Plan to run a bead of glue in the channel and clamp

I Have a force

Same problem - 1:8 masonite fitted into a 1/8 groove isnt going to hold anything more than the weight of a few napkins

I cut 1:4 inch plywood which fit perfect into the clearance on the under side of the masonite when the drawers are pulled out

Then used 2 inch L brackets with 1/4 inch screws into the solid wood sides of the drawers and subsequent through the masonite and into the ply

We put cast iron pots , cand etc inthere no problem now

fair enough
Either way in my case i needed it beefed up for what I put in. Admittedly we were putting cast iron pans cans etc which is way too much for the drawer bottoms

So i guess warrenty would be no good if they send the same drawers. We dont have heavy stuff in ours, but the front where the handle is bows out when you pull it out.

They would need to look at each drawer. Dealer would most likely use clamps to draw the drawers in square and then put some glue at the edges. Certainly fixable. We would not just send new drawers. The cedar paneling we use is actually thicker and fits the slot better. In this case it looks like the panel is a tad short, or the front is bowing.

No big deal im willing to fix or make better the few things we have had issues with. We love our isata 5. Better quality than most out there.

It would be covered under warranty. With the soft-close, self-latching drawers we eliminate the plastic latch that always breaks, but it does require more force to open. That can cause the drawer to bow at the front from the force. If you ran screws through the drawer into the drawer front nearest the edge of the drawer, that should also help.

I understand though. I bought a bed for my boys with ball bearing drawers. Problem was they were not full extension. So I built all new drawers to maximize the space and added full extensions. I'll check out cabinet shop. Once they get done, it might be nice to put the drawer upside down, run a bead of wood glue, or even wood glue in the slot first.

Yeah had this happening in the kitchen drawers of my DX3 when heavily loaded. At some point I'll get around to reinforcing them...

I found this same problem with one of my kitchen drawers when I went to pick up my Force HD at the dealer.

I pointed it out to my sales guy and he actually took it to the shop himself and glued it, clamped it over night and nailed a small strip of wood on the underside for reinforcement. Works great now. I was impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile himself.

Glue blocks on the underside can work. The glue joint is strongest if applied to bare, unfinished wood surfaces.
