Isata 5 DS Front Slide out Rollers

Can someone on here enlighten me on the slide out rollers? Where are they attached and what do they support? My front slide sags in the middle, has a decided bow that actually touches the floor and is rubbing a grove in the vinyl flooring when the slide is all the way in. When the slide is out the carpeted floor of the slide is about half an inch from touching the vinyl flooring. I took the issue to my dealer, Dynamax sent them extra rollers and they decided they were not needed and told me they did some trimming on the slide so it does not rub on the floor. Well it does.

I'm trying to learn what the rollers do, and what the extra roller would do and where to install them and if you've done it the instructions for the install. I still have the rollers that Dynamax sent me, if it is an easy install I'll do it.

In the photos below with the slide in if you look in the far distance of the photo you can see that the carpet area is bowed and is pressed hard against the vinyl flooring. In the other photo you can see where I put some packing tape on the floor to protect the vinyl, I don't really want to where a hole through it and have to replace the flooring.

More photos with the slide out

In these photos you can tell that the carpeted area of the slide does not touch the flooring. Only when the slide is in does it bow in the middle or more correctly the floor of the slide 'sags' and rubs on the vinyl floor. Ideas?
