Isata 5 organizing tips needed

I am looking for ideas to maximize the space in the cabinet under the Blueray player. It's 18" wide, but the depth is less than 7" so typical organizing units (like tiered shelves) made for cabinets are too deep.

Also, what size sewer hose fits in the cannister mounted on the cargo door? And is that size hose enough? The hose that came in our starter kit is too long.

Thanks again for all the tips about command hooks - bought several today.

I thought about placing a few command hooks for keys, flashlight and using Velcro on the back of remotes so they have a home and can easily be found.

We used a ton of the command hooks as well as the command strips. We hung a bunch of photos etc... with the command picture hanging strips. They held up for over 15,000 miles with no issues. Some of our cabinets that we wanted more storage, I built some thin shelving out of wood and covered them with speaker carpet, nice and thin and uses a spray adhesive to make it stick.

I put in an adjustable shelf. Made it so can put in another shelf it needed.

I bought the camco revolution Sewer kit. One 10ft hose fits in the holder. The other is in the cargo area if needed. Also buy a package of throw away gloves to use. I keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in the compartment. You may need a sewer hose seal or "donut" for some campgrounds when the sewer pipe is not threaded.

Has anybody done anything creative with the top part of the pantry? I finally found a shelf insert that fits, but there is still wasted space.Click image for larger version

I built a pull out shelf. Looks similar to the pull out maple bins. Now I can store underneath the shelf and put stuff on top which pulls out for easier access.

I used wood and shelf rails from a old project.

My Brother-in-law made us a 2 tiered collapsible shelf. I will post a pic later.

I used 4 command hooks and they are used to hold a shelf that I cut from a nice piece of hardwood that I had laying around. If I need to adjust it, I just pull off the command strips and put 4 news ones on.

Sorry I haven't had time to upload the pics. Will try tonight. He brought me the shelf this weekend and I love it. It actually collapses and is removable but when in place provides a very sturdy 2 shelf unit. (3 if you count the bottom of the cabinet) I can't believe how much better this storage space is now.

I put an extra shelf in the kitchen cabinet and in the bedroom where the TV is located.

Pics on what I built. I thought about mounting the drawer sliders same as other drawers but that requires attaching a 1/4 or 3/8 plywood to back wall for mounting the brackets. So, to try this first and keep to simple I put the drawer slides on the bottom and made a stand. If I don’t like this after a while I will attach plywood to the back wall and change the slides to the side. Stand is attached to the back wall and bottom shelf with command strips.

That looks great Whalenss. The pullout capability definitely makes the space more functional.

We use those pop canisters too - I really like them, but have noticed a couple of them have opened while travelling [emoji20]

Have not had them open when traveling. You can tighten the lid by turning the portion with the seal. Had to do that on a couple.
