IT'S ALIVE!!!!! (Isata 3 Series Sprinter)
Well, its a start. We've got the frame unfit done, stabilizers installed out of the departure angle.
Fiberglass parts take forever...but at least there's a heartbeat.

Knew (hoped) you wouldn't stay away from MBS Class C's for long!

same as all the 3500 based...roughly 14-17. We won't have a front cab over, so we're hoping the aerodynamics push that up a bit.

Brian, when do you expect to have the Dynamax sprinter on the market? How many floor plans will be offered? And where does it fit in with the Forester and Sunseeker MBZ models? Is it upscale from the Forester? Thanks!

Hope to have a video walk through by end of Sept. We'll have one floor plan to start with others being introduced as we get time. Will be priced priced above an MBS

recommend you ground the stabilizer hydraulic pump to the chassis frame versus the frame extension so you don't have similiar grounding issues as with some of the Solera models.

does the chassis run the entire length of the deck? Id like a pic of the extension if not. if this deviates from the intended purpose of this thread, just ignore the post Brian.

There is an extension that bolts on (as this is the only way that Mercedes allows it).

ive redone a couple frame extensions...on old stuff. i run a vertical piece a foot or better at the joint, then triagulated with beams for and aft. light and strong, this puts the strength back into the chassis to support the box instead of the other way around. unorthodox yes, but it may have some merit for some future design.

Our extension is no more than 24". There is a gusseted foot pad on the Mercedes already set up for it at the end of their frame rail. We just mirror that same gusseted foot pad on the other end. I think they set the floor already, but I'll see about getting a pic of the next one.
