Just Replaced Original Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat

Added new Theater Seating from Rooms To Go, and built a custom Fire Place where the Love Seat was located. What do you all think about it?

Gives me a great idea on the BH. The TS was easy to do the fireplace and pop up TV.

The BH was first though...and it was not deep enough to get the angle and the TV. I think if we use a smaller TV and maybe fireplace, we can get a pop up TV instead and keep the window there.

I agree with you Brian, looked hard at the TS but needed bunk house so went with it fully intending to put in fireplace, would love to see this in a BH from factory.

Looks nice! How'd you get the TS through the door? On my 2014 Dynamax DX3-37RB, I dumped the mattress, "sofa" (more of a love seat), and the dinette. ALL were beautiful "eye candy". NONE of those pieces were comfortable if you sat for more than ~20 minutes. The OEM Serta mattress was absolute crap. After seeing ProCustomInc while at my first FROG Rally, I had them do the upgrades. I've been very happy with their work.

Do you have photos? I have the same RV, wife wants to change window trim, I want to change mattress. Did you stay with the original size mattress or get something easer to fit sheets on?

24" TS came apart is actually two chairs that connect and the backs come off. Went in no problem.

I don't have photos handy but will take some for you. I DID change the mattress size. Dynamax did what many in the industry do; they call a bast*rd size a "King" (I believe the original POS measured 73"W x 76"L). I had ProCustomInc get a TRUE QUEEN width (60"). I was stuck with a 76" length as, with the slide in, that's the longest a mattress can be in my DX3. Now, instead of always having sloppy sheets (standard King sheets are 76"W x 80"L), I can now buy standard queen linens (60"W x 80"L), have a MUCH better fit and spend less. Those extra 4" of length are NOT a problem. The new all foam mattress ProCustomInc installed is quite thick (~14") and, it is SUPER comfortable!

FWIW as long as you get "deep" queen sheets they fit the Dynamax "King" acceptably. Little tight on the sides but perfectly acceptable IMO. I'll take the extra 6" of width with 2 people and 2 dogs any day.

Yep, we use the "Tshirt" sheets from Target in a queen size. Nice fit and cheap enough for me.

A little extra width makes all the difference ;-)

Was it a custom built mattress or did ProCustomic have it in stock?
A custom built Tempur-pedic is over $5K
