Kitchen Counter Outlet

I wonder if this is something Dynamax has looked into? we seem to be shy on outlets near the kitchen counter. There is the one on the side of the cabinet and the one above the sink, which requires a long cord to reach. This would make life easier.

I guess if we dont find a buyer for our Force, I may add this. If I do sell, maybe I can talk Mr. Clemens into adding one in the new HD?

While he's doing that maybe he'll consider NOT putting all the outlets on one circuit. I had a cold morning a couple weeks ago and turning on the fireplace along with coffee pots and toster blew the breaker on the right side of the coach. Maybe put the fireplace on its own circuit?

No fireplace, so I am not sure about that one.

But I wonder if the new pop up outlet could be added to the inverter? so you have one outlet for charging when driving?

Happy Monday Brian.

If we start dedicating outlets we run out of breaker space. Plus...fireplace (resistance heat), coffee pots? is that plural (resistance heat), toaster (resistance heat). Resistance heating is a big energy draw. We would have to look at where else we might space stuff, but we start running out of room.

As for outlets. I don't like the pop-up because its just a power strip..you still need an oulet and place for the plug to recess into. Would rather add outlets that don't take up other storage. That I can probably do.

I would be game for another outlet (possibly with USB ports as well) somewhere closer to counter height. For coffee maker etc...

Pop up was just cool looking.

Oh, I know. Everyone wants them, cause they're cool. You just have to plug them into an outlet below and have cavity space. While not practical, who am I to argue with "cool factor".

I considered putting pop ups in my house that I finished a couple of years ago. Decided against it because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to match the holes in my granite countertop if I ever had to change one. Wall receptacles are easy to replace.

Buy an extra or 2 of each and put them up.

Completely agree on more not less outlets required in kitchen area, minimum 2 dual outlets is required for us. Hopefully the 2018 XL 37BH will have at least two one on counter backsplash and one under edge of the counter overlay...from phots I can see one under the dinette table which is a must as well...

Im still considering a waterproof pop up, back left corner by the range. 2 regular outlets, 2 usb outlets and pops down almost perfectly flat when not in use.

Interested in what you use for cutting. Thinking about cutting a couple of boat cup holders into our table.

Will Dynamax or you install those in the new Force you ordered?
Be sure to get extras. I purchased one for my home and it arrived with the support ring broken. For that reason I decided not to cut holes in my granite countertop.

Since sometimes I can't even run two appliances in my kitchen at once, don't need any more outlets lol. Did buy a boost strip that has outlets and usb ports that sits on the table and plugs in that dang hard to reach outlet under the dinette. Also, we ask Dynamax to put in outlets in each bunk(phone charging for the kids) they could not, but did install usb ports which do the job
