If I recall correctly. You press both quickly to drain dry for travel. Then you press and hold both as it fills up. Let go of both just as the water gets above the hole line. Worked for me.

What could also be happening is if you are not perfectly level, maybe that rear tube is on the low side and it is siphoning out the water??? I think Casey had this issue as well. It worked at our place, but that is level. Might need to raise the internal rubber pipe a little more to prevent that issue when slightly out of level? Or maybe the buttons are not getting held down at the same time.


I hate sound dumb, but it won’t be the first time...where are these buttons located to set the water level?

Hasn’t been resolved, probably another 2000 mile trip to the factory for repair....

Do you have a maceratoer toilet? If you do, then you flush that with two buttons...#1 flush and #2 flush. Those are the same buttons you use to set water level.

No, I do not have macerator toilet. Just macerator in the wet bay. Thanks for the quick response.
