Locking Hitch Pin for Dynaquest XL

Need a recommendation for a locking hitch pin for my Dynaquest XL. Just acquired a Blue Ox Tow Bar and would like to secure it but I am having trouble finding a locking hitch pin long enough for the receiver on the coach.

The amplock is beautiful, heavy and a work of art. I have two, on my nighthawk. Click image for larger version

Are any of these 3/4" in thickness? I've been after a locking 3/4" hitch pin for our Force HD for a while.

A friend of mine uses this 3/4” one. Just drilled out the hole and used a small pad lock.

That’s pretty much the stock pin. But yeah I’d say the stock is likely big enough to get a padlock on

I note that is just a grade 5 pin? For what its worth, I once had a pin snap and thankfully the safety chain and me hanging out the back of my van kept my very expensive jet boat from hitting the van. I was able to open the back door, near where I was taking a nap while my brother was driving and I climbed out onto the front of the boat and used my legs on the back bumper to keep them separated as my brother carefully slowed down and pulled to the side in rush hour traffic on the 91 freeway in So. Cal. I would look for a better pin.

https://infiniterule.com/collections/hitch-locks And you can find the 3/4 unit on Amazon for about $40. Note that its good for 32,000lbs. This is not an area you want to skimp on....I still have nightmares about risking my life to save my jet boat.

By the looks of this chart, that grade 5 is not skimping.

AMPLOCK, and in case you did not actually lock it, comes with a safety lynch pin.

These did look nice although rather expensive. However, I think the original post requested a 3/4 diameter pin. Amplock does not currently make that.

Question: Have you produced a class iv/v (4 or 5) rated pin yet? i ask since it's nearly a year since you commented. class 3 won't support my trailer.
Answer: Hello, thank you for your question. We do not have pin for class 4-5 at this time but we are working on this. Thank you!
