Lost all USB outlets in Isata5

I have lost all the usb outlets in my Isata 5. Checked the 15A fuse in the PP
Panel over door and found fuse blown. When replacing fuse takes new fuse out
immediately. To eliminate a bad usb plug disconnected all plugs in coach. Still takes out fuse. The incoming wires at the he plugs are yellow and white I’m figuring powers coming in on yellow. If I check both to ground they both have
continuity to ground and each other seems to indicate a dead short . Any
and all comments and suggestions appreciated on finding it or if I’m out in left
field its fine to say so. Thanks All

Did they work before?Which 15A fuse is it? If you are at the precision flex panel, and you scroll to the "fuse status" I think it is...it will tell you what number fuse and normally what it controls. We can can then get an idea what else is on that circuit.

Thanks Brian for the quick response its designated “H09” on the PP panel.
Yes they did work from delivery until last week when we went to Tenn.
I would see the little green lites on them since I keep it plugged in at home.
Nothing else seems to be amiss.

When cycling through the status does that also give you a description on the LED panel? It normally does. I'm not at the office, so I can't see what H09 is.

Yes “H09” is designated USB Outlets. Are these daisy chained or run as distinct
units. Since they all test to ground they are connected somewhere I have been under truck and don’t seen to be able to find the run but there is 3 sealtite runs and I wont be able to trace thru that.

They would be daisy chained. I do know that some of the older USB's we used went bad (blame the chinese). Maybe one of them has shorted out the board and is taking out the fuse. Bypassing each one would be the next step (in theory). Unless there are two, then bypass them all and add them back in one by one. Or make an appt with a dealer.

Thanks Brian I have disconnected every USB unit in the RV and still takes fuse out. Also unplugged connector on back of board and put fuse back in and it does not blow so I’M thinking it a wire rubbed to ground. I will put it on a list for a dealer visit but will simply plug a changer in for now no show stopper for sure.
This is all that’s happened to date-life is good. Thanks for the attention.
