Microwave Run Around?

I have the same problem as noted in this thread:

Fan only runs on high. I had this on the list of warranty issues within the first year. Tech said needed new microwave. Would have to order. Months go by and no response from servicing dealer. Called and talked to service manager and she said they only have one speed; all there's only have one speed and her contact at Dynamax said one speed. Owner's manual says 2 speed, touch pad says high low. So I call Sharp. After a few minutes the rep says it has 2 speeds but it doesn't change sound. Duh? Haven't gone back to rig to run vent and see if it feels like less air movement.

We went directly through Sharp and got a new microwave which is still in my basement until I get a chance to install it...sharp said I had 7 days to install and return old one. I told them no way I would be able to meet that deadline. That was several months ago [emoji6]

The problem is Sharp says it does have a two speed fan but the sound doesn't change. Neat trick.

Yea, they tried that with us too. Luckily, the mobile tech they sent to our house agreed it was not changing speeds.
