Mounting Antenna to Isata 3 Roof

I am getting ready to mount a few antennas on my roof (Weboost & Wifiranger). Just curious on the roof construction - obviously it is one piece of fiberglass, so I assume it also has plywood backing? Also- does anyone know the spacing of the aluminum trusses?

Just wanted some clarification before I start running stainless steel screws in the roof. I am thinking of using 1 1/4" length screws - please let me know if that length will be adequate. thanks

Mount the antenna to a piece of 1/4 white starboard and counter sink the screws. then simply use 5200 adhesive to secure it to the roof. No holes and very secure.

Not sure about the wifi ranger but depending on the weeboost antenna, it will need a ground plain. I "glued" a steel sheet to the roof for the plain, does not have to be much.

These antennas do not require a ground plane.

If you were only going to install one, would you go with the WeBoost? Getting a cell signal with data service is more important to me than Wi-Fi boost, especially when the Wi-Fi in RV parks is weak to begin with.

I agree - however I need every option to be open, as I work from our RV when we are on the road.

I contacted Dynamax about my 2016 and they were nice enough to send me this blueprint. Don't know if a 2019 would be the same.

5200 is a 3M sealant/adhesive. West marine or Home Depot stock it.

5200 cures with moisture , so wet down the area after installing , and for the next week or so.

It does NOT cure rapidly.
