Day one was a success with a few good moments. Time to tell my story, then go lurk around for a while

Ok, I'm in the hotel with the chair jammed up against the door knob. I'm at a really nice hotel, some habits just never die. Problem is, they gave me a cup with lips on it. This cup is not worthy of my Dewars. Where are my crackers?

First incident of the day. 30 friggin miles in! Getting on the Mass Turnpike at the toll both and these two granola crunchin hippies from Vermont with a kayak and a mountain bike on the roof of their Subaru cut me off from behind and I almost side swipe a truck. About six miles down the road I caught up with them, gave them the one finger salute and they flashed the peace sign. I give up.

Smooth sailing for the next 400 miles or so. When I set out this morning, I didn't want to have any distractions while driving. I hooked up the IPod, put it on shuffle and let it go. No skipping songs, no changing play lists, just let it go and do its thing. I'm cruising down I-90, I got my shades on with the seat back just cruising to the Cypress Hill, then the next song that comes on is Vanilla Ice. Uh uh, not today so I turn it down and make a few phone calls. Hands free of course.

OK, phone calls done, let's turn the radio back up and see what's playing now. I reach over to turn the volume up and just as my diesel fuel soaked sausage fingers hit the knob, I hit a huge bump in the highway and up goes the volume to 11. Guess what song was playing"................. You guessed it, "ITS RAINING MEN"!!! Where's my cape when I need it.Click image for larger version

I am concerned for your well being. Diesel soaked finger means the nozzle let loose.

Need some Leggings too.

Does the new coach have a 360 degree surveillance system. 🤔

Do they have the side marker cameras in a dynamax? They had these guys at Goshen selling a PVR to record all your cameras just in case some Yahoo cuts you off. Or a buddy with a kayak and a peace sign on the turnpike. 😀

That would make a nice 24/7 security monitor for your coach.
