nice electric adapter for our 2015 Rev and ?

Not sure how many other RVs or motorhomes use this type cord but-
Much better and easier than pulling out the main 30 amp cord for home use extension cord . this one is nice but should of bought the short one I think . Recpro™ RV Power Cord Adapter 15 Amp Male to 30 Amp Twist Lock Female | eBay or the one I bought - Marine 30 Amp Female to 15 Amp Male 125V Shore Power Pigtail Boat Adapter | eBay

I have been wanting one of these but in 30 amp to 30 amp. I have two 30 amp extension cords that I used with my previous RV and using one of them at home might be a little more convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised that the REV has a 30 foot cord which is perfect fo me at home. My 25 footer was a stretch so then I bought a 50 foot cord.

I don't know if is my imagination but the OEM cord that came with the REV seems to be of higher quality although I have no complaints about my other cords.

I like the 30 to 15 amp adapter with my heavy duty 100 ft. extension cord just to charge the batteries or get the frig ready and cold before a trip.

Thanks. Now I am thinking that I should get one of each so I can plug in when visiting people that don't have 30 amp outlets. The short ones may be more convenient.

I wonder if the "marine" designation means I can use these in the rain and snow.

the small one I bought just makes it real easy , I used to have to pull out the big 30amp cord and use an adapter - but this just makes it a lot easier if at home or at someones house ( and marine probable just sounds good and means outside )

Yeah marine always sounds good except for barnacles.

"Marine" means that it uses the type connectors commonly used on larger boats, but it also means it is used in a wet environment with connectors that are more resistant to water.

Just so you know, a company named Marinco is a major manufacturer of RV shore cords.
