That confirms that the Winegard does have the AM/FM antenna loop at least. Now I am just trying to track down the routing for the coax from the radio.

wineguard connections
I opened the access panel in the cabinet under the sink, the cables are to the front/forward of the false bottom. I was able to free the tangled coax cables and pull them through the windguard booster hole ( see photos).
the coax marked with Blue tape is now attached to the ANT on the circuit board.
The coax marked with Yellow tape is connected to the CABLE on the circuit board.
The coax marked with White tape (Dash board radio cable) is now connected to TV2 on the circuit board.
The unmarked Black coax is connected to the TV3 on the circuit board.
There was some improvement to the reception on the Dash radio , but not much. Also it made no difference if the winegard was powered (Green light on ) or not.
I did hook up a external antenna to compare the radio signal, the external antenna out performs the winegard by a large margin.
I suspect all is now connected correctly as everything seems to work with exception of a very weak signal on FM and as you know, NO AM.
please advise if these are connected correctly.
Thanks

I think it looks like it is supposed to. My info said red tape was "cable in"...do you even have red tape?
When I checked the ones here...
1. Inside plant. No AM, NO FM
2. Inside plant. Turned on Winegard booster. Pretty much all the FM channels I knew, no AM
3. Took unit outside. FM & AM. AM never comes in great around here.

Red coax
The red coax is on a splitter that is attached to the floor in the false bottom, both ends are connected to splitters

I have a 2016 fw. I ended up putting a Y cable on the Jenson and running a 12 foot extension to the Sony. Fixed the issue but still poor sound quality from the speakers.

I would try to post this in the Puma section. You are currently in the Dynamax section and that is all motorhomes.

Thanks
After verifying all coax were connected to the correct terminal, no real change in reception, so I had a radio shop check the radio, they found the antenna cable was not connected to the radio . Now after many hours of checking and tightening all the loose coax F connectors , I find with the connect 2.0 powered I can receive many FM and quite a few AM stations
Best $48.00 dollars I have spent,
Now my new 2019 Isata3 ,2 weeks old has a working radio !
Now on to the TV problem !

Did you start a new thread for the TV issue?

I have a 2017 Isata 3 with no radio reception (very poor FM reception). The dealer told me this is due to the antenna being in the a pillar. I did look under the dash below the A pillar and can see a RCA plug that is not attached to anything. Cold this be my antenna?? Is there an easy way to check the antenna in the a pillar?

Sure, the plastic trim is easy to remove. I think that there’s a sequence so google something like “remove sprinter A pillar trim”. I did and found this:

Thanks, I did figure out how to remove the trim and the antenna is in there. It also has a small led light that is on so it must have power...Now I just need to trace the wires to the back of the radio to make sure all of the connections are tight.

The AM/FM amplified antenna will not ever work properly when it is mounted in close proximity to the metal "A" pillar.
You will need to pull it out of this location and put it in the overhead, using an extension cable.
See my post on this subject earlier in this thread.

Ok thanks. I think it should be easy to run it up the pillar and put it in one of my storage spaces above on the drivers side.
