** Please Help..Isata 5 Large Slide Alignment

My slide alignment is off by approx 4 inches. I noticed drag and the lights are flashing 2 red 2 green. When I retracked the slide the front end does not close all the way and vise versa when it is open the rear does not go all the way out. Im on a camping trip and really need to fix this..Thanks in advance.

Ok..Due to needing to leave and the slide sticking out a few inches I needed to retract it to leave. The directions showed how to override the system..I got it all the way in. It is now flashing 1 red 1 green..BC or anyone can you tell me how to reset so I can camp again tomorrow at our new spot. It wont retract now so I cant get slide out. Thank you.

Those are not the slide outs we use on the Isata 5. Isata 5 gets the Slim Rack in-wall slide. Switch looks similar. Attached is the service manual.

Resetting the slide stops start on page #4.

So you were getting a 2 flash...obstruction. Something might be caught in the slide. Maybe rubber is caught on a roller? Check all the rollers outside and then check underneath to see if something rolled under there.

Then you manually retracted, which is resulting in a one flash..."stops not programmed"

You could also manually override until you get to where you need to get...but my other concern is that if the obstruction remains...you could then blow the motor, which even the override can't fix.

On back of the touch pad panel there are 4 motor controls. You only use #1, #2 to set stops. What are # 3 and # 4 for?

That's if you had motors #3 and #4.

Thank you. I looked several times last night but did not find any obstructions. I do believe that I had a LOW Voltage light come on the panel but unfortunately I am not in the unit right now to see what the light said but I do think I remember Low Voltage. But I did have the Cab running and the generator going when I was using the slide. The slide was just flashing the 2 flashes and was able to go mostly in and out but the more I tried the worse the offset became. Once it reached 6 inches of offset I had to override the system to get the front part of the slide to retract. It is flush now so when I get home I will try the SET Up portion you sent me. I just thought a dealer needed to reset it as it says OEM on my thumb drive I was given. I really don't want to loose my payment on this weeks Tahoe Campground.

I do think there is a short somewhere as I took it to the dealer and just picked it up Saturday and now this. My dealer problem was that when I hooked it up to 50Amp the 20 Amp breaker would trip and a yellow light would flash GROUND thus I didn't have 110. The dealer could not replicate the problem. Funny how things fix themselves when you pull into the dealer.

Your attachment is the same as my second one... scared me for a second, lol. I had a similar issue and used the instructions I attached to reset my slide.
