Precision Plex pairing with Dynamax

Hi there, I did have the Precision Plex working with my old phone but I'm trying to connect my new phone to my Dynamax Isata 5 30FW. Any help would be much appreciated. My phone screen reads "Please put RV in pairing mode. Thank you!

See manual on page 2. I think some have needed to kill the power to the panel to reset.

“NOTE: To delete all learned devices, push the right button on the Master Controller while in pairing mode followed by the center button.”

I had the same problem. Kill the power to the coach. And the instructions for resetting are in your PP manual. On my I 5 DS the buttons you have to push are not on the PP panel but on the fuse panel under the bed.

Thanks for the heads up on the Pairing Problems after two months my IPhone lost pairing with My 2018 Isata 5. I performed a complete shut down with the battery Disconnect and tried the Pairing Process again and I am back in business again with IPhone Controls. Thanks Dale SR
