Since your trailer is new it sounds like something came loose
while you were travelling between campgrounds. Probably
not fastened properly at the factory. Have you tried crawling under
the trailer & following the propane pipe. Also if something came loose
in a manner of seconds all your propane would have escaped.
So if you still have gas then it has to be something right in the HWT.

Update, storm has stopped so grabbed a neighbor to help turn gas off and on as I tested, Now have propane to the refrigerator, It works, have gas to the hot water heater valves, electronic spark clicks away but no propane to light, I have gas to the valve none coming out, when calling for gas have voltage at 8 watts on the terminals, other two are ground, also grounded good, I think this must be the culprit, as the gas wont come out, no clicking or vibration of any kind at this valve,Thoughts can't figure out how to add a pic of this valve, its a suburban Hot water heater in a Dynaquest 26

those elec valves not opening up to let gas through may or may not be the problem / if the water heater overheated , then there is a limit switch that kicks out and has to be reset ? BUT you are right there now !

How did you measure watts at the gas valve? Or was that just a mistype and it was really voltage?

If it was voltage, then 8 volts isn't enough to open the valve. If that's the case, you need to be looking for a voltage problem and not a gas problem.
