Rev 24rb awning bracket

Noticed our front bracket was loose after a couple of truckers honked at us . We used it for first time last month and it looked really low and was embarrassing so just rolled it back up , and had to help it back with a broom. Just took the metal plate off and the bracket had one loose bolt , with one broke off and the third missing - could of been a disaster but now it has all three tight. As a warning to all - if bracket loose , fix it

lol...no worries. I just figured if I helped you fix the picture you wouldn't expect me to help fix the awning

Although, just to be safe, I sent it to production to see if they have seen anything like it. The only time I ever saw anything close, was when the bracket was coming off of the wall. That looks to be like the scissor/supports are broken or caught up on one side.

There is an adjustment to change the pitch...I wonder if when it was lose that adjustment changed. Try this...

awning looks great now

Very simple fix , the bracket to plate was still loose ( thought I had fixed that a week ago ) and so also adjusted those 4 small set screws on front and back - perfect now !
