I think they are shipped loose. At least the little compressor is. I thought it was all in the same package, but now I'll have to go look.

The tire patch kits are in a small black bag and are placed in one of the exterior storage compartments when the unit is shipped to the dealer. When did you take delivery of the coach?

Ours is a 2015 24rb model purchased 12-11-2015 from Iowa - we live in In. We got a packet in mail about this " S17 " recall and was supposed to put this " Ram promaster jacking tips " card in with the hard case tool kit under the passenger seat ?

I've never seen that before, although I haven't been in the industry for very long. Couldn't find anything on the ole interweb about this though. My advice would be to just store it away in your glove box for future records. If you don't have the tire patch kit/cant find it, I can get you in touch with our parts department.

OK - maybe these items were not included to save money or weight ? or just got removed before we purchased it . The service procedure just says to put yellow card into glove box and put the laminated page into " the hard case tool kit " located under pass. seat and also shows a soft bag tool kit ?

If you have the compressor with the slime stuff, you would not get the jacks and tools.

I contacted the parts department for this kit , just feel a little better knowing i might handle a very small puncture or leak on the road by myself .
