REV Tire Pressure
Does anyone else have this problem? I took my 2018 REV 24TB to the Dodge dealer to figure out why my REV was telling me that I had a tire pressure problem. The tire light is always on even though the pressure is fine. The dealer said that they replaced a harness that Dodge told them may be the problem, but that did not fix it. They tried several other things, but the computer was not able to locate the tire sensors. They asked if I had added anything after-market (which I haven't). The tech said that Dodge may be coming out with a recall on the 2015 chassis because of a similar problem. Anybody else have any experience with this?

I just purchased a 2018 REV and the left front tire pressure warning was on when I did my walk thru. The dealer took it to the shop . The "Check tire pressure light was on when I left the dealer. I have not checked pressures yet.

Seadog - I have no idea what the REV stands for. My friends call it my Recreational Emergency Vehicle because they think it looks a bit like an ambulance.

While not related to the REV, we have a Honda CR-V that has the same issue. Dealer shop said it was due to not having the same brand of tires on all 4 wheels....what a joke

Did dodge fix this problem yet? I have a 2018 with the same issue, I just check all tires before I leave on a trip. I asked a local Dodge dealer and he looked for recalls and said mine did not have an open recall. They cant work on my REV due to height.
Thanks Jerry

I haven’t received any tire pressure warnings on my 2017 REV BUT the left front tire will not give me a reading via my TST TPMS.
It did originally but stopped last year. Switching sensors only proved it is the tire valve and not the TST sensor.
I haven’t experienced this but the Dodge owners manual states that after market TPMS can interfere with the Dodge system.

Tire Pressure
Ref query
I bought my 2015 Rev 24tb 2 weeks ago. Dodge dealer said they reset TPMS. TPMS light on dash came back on. I found out that the DOOR TAG reads 65 front and 80 rear. Tires were 60 psi on all wheels. I had them fill them properly, drove 100 yards or so and TPMS light went OUT. No trouble since. I assume that if tire pressures are less than posted on door by say 10 lbs or so you can get persistent TPMS light on dash. Comments?

I wish that were true for me. Tire pressures are correct, I check before each trip. I was thinking of setting all 4 at 80 psi to see if that will turn off the light. The closest dealer that may be able to handle the RV is 55 miles away, I haven't called them yet

If they replaced the harness but didn’t use a tool to check the actual sensor in the tire that’s my bet. Call a tire shop and ask them if they have the hand held that allows them to walk around the vehicle and check the sensors

This may be irrelevant, but since our family has 3 vehicles that we swap snow tires on every year, i thought i would mention it. Has anybody tried resetting the TPMS? When we put snow tires on, we have to reset the TPMS system to recognize the snow tires (snow tires are on separate rims). There is a manual process that involves using the dash menu, letting air out of the tire until the horn beeps. However, my son bought an electronic tool to reset rather than letting air out of the tires. I don't know what it's called, but we pull up the dash menu for resetting TPMS and he walks around and points this thing at each valve stem, pushes button and holds until horn beeps.
