REV vs. Sunseeker
There are many features that I enjoy in my REV vs. my previous Sunseeker.
A smoother ride.
A much quieter ride, no wind noise. Less banging.
More stable at higher speeds, probably due to lack of the cabover bunk.
Much tighter turning circle.
Good headlight illumination.
Excellent bathroom with plenty of room inside, although in hot weather with the door closed it can get uncomfortable. However, the accomidating space is an acceptable trade.
The additional step below the drivers door that my dealer added for me. It is an Isata step. But I should have had one installed on the passenger side at time of purchase.
My neighbors like the way it looks and I get compliments every time I am out and about.
Much more but that is enough for this post.
Bobby

Glad to hear it.
So they added an Isata running board on the REV?

Yeah, it makes it less of an event for me to enter and exit. I have imbalance issues. They were concerned it would be too large but it fit.

Yes, I will later this week. I am currentlyaway from home and my REV while on vacation. There is a parking issue where we are staying so I had to leave it at home.

The drivers side step was included in the purchase at the time my wife didn't know she would want an additional step. In hind site it was foolish not to have the extra steps on both sides.
The passenger side will now cost $250 for the step plus 7% NJ sales tax, $22 shipping and one hour of labor, $110.
I believe the step was welded onto the frame because thst is what the salesman mentioned before the fact.
It blends into the REV as if the factory put it on. I would prefer that it was a little wider or sat away from the cab another inch or so. I am concerned about foot traction in ice and snow but with the revolving seats I can easily use the back door. I really like how Easy it is to turn the cab seats, no searching for the release lever.

The guys at the dealer were not sure but they "just" barely fit.
They were offering something else but not sure what. someone asked if I liked the ones on the Isata. I did as it seemed like a good match.

Rev 24rb running boards
Brian- how can I order running boards for the Rev? Are the Isata affordable? I need driver and passenger, preferably non-weld.

We don't actually have running boards for the Promaster chassis.
For the 3 series we buy an "Omega Step" from Luverne. You might want to check their website for a bolt on application for the Promaster.

The longer 36" offering will have to partially fit under the coach body work.
I suggest that you go with the Luverne version. but as mentioned before I believe they are welded in place.

Great Suggestions
Thanks Guys! I checked out the O-Mega Steps, they look great and I am reaching out to Luverne soon to figure out cost and ordering.
Bobby- are your steps black aluminum or satin aluminum?
