mine are octagonal

snap pad says they fit on Dynamax but I have a query in to their help desk regarding the shape of the foot.

Maybe Brian can chime in here.

So then, Did Dynamax change from Power Gear levelers on the 2017 to something else?

Yes, Brian will have to chime in on this one.

I sanded mine and coated them with bedliner before i put the snap pads, just incase the drains dont get all the water out. Havent ordered set for the new hd because I am not sure what jacks come on it.

Have a feeling that they changed to another brand.

this has gotten interesting,

Snap pad on their website shows that the Prime series is compatible with Dynamax with round foot.

Glad I asked them. They are now asking for dimensions of my pads which are octagonal.

The owners manual from Dynamax shows Power Gear as the leveler manufacturer but that shows a round foot

Power gear does make an octagonal foot lift for Class C motorhomes. (does not state for Super C motorhome)

I have attached picture of my foot (all four are same)

Pad is 10 inches flat to flat
10.75 inches point to point.

Now a question comes to me Are these actually the proper jacks for a Super C motorhome 2018 37TS?

Need Brian to comment.

We changed to Equalizer just after the 5 series came out.

They were quieter and required less voltage than the Power Gear.

Thanks Brian for the reply.

I have been in conversation with Snap Pad rep. They currently do not have a pad that will fit the Equalizer Systems foot. However, they are in development of a pad to fit available sometime this spring.

The issue I have with the standard metal concave pad on my DX3 is that when I set them to gravel, if the gravel is not exactly flat the pad will start to bend and contort against the cylinder of the jack. Where the pad should be perpendicular to the cylinder, the pad will be bent up or down depending on the location that I set them at. Setting on wood planks resolves this however after a short time of sitting on the jacks in my side gravel lot, the gravel starts to settle as well as the wood starts to bow. I then switched to a 3/4" piece of plywood with the blue lego style interlocking spacers on top. I have to set the jack stands in two separate spots on my property. The side lot for storage where the front of the coach is on a downward slope and in front of my house to prep the coach, open the slides, fill the tanks, and empty the sewer where it also slopes down away from the house. So I have to use spacers to lift the front of the coach on both locations. Which means I have to move the lego blocks every time twice per coach use or just buy another set of the legos. I bought another set of the legos to keep in the coach and kept the original set on the plywood on the side lot. This way I don't have to guess or remember how many lego blocks to set under each jack stand. I just slide them out of the front to the side of the coach and pull out, leaving the rear block risers where they are. This serves as a guide for me to know exactly where to back the coach in to park it when I store it. (On a side note, I use a garden hoe to pull the lego stack out and shove it back in place as my knees don't like to bend as well as they use to.) That makes it so much easier than climbing under the coach.
Anyway. The issue I found with setting the jack stands directly on top of the lego blocks is it after time the pads smash down the geometric shapes of the top of the legos that are designed to interlock into the bottom of the block above it. So, in essence they no longer interlock which becomes a pain in the ass when I want to store them in a compartment for the trip where space is already a premium. Where I am going with this post is that after seeing these snap pads, I will definitely be getting a set just for the simple reason of preventing the metal jack stand pads from smashing the lego tops which prevents them from being interlocked together. This will also add a couple of much needed inches to the height of the jack stands which no matter where I go it always seems that I need to add spacers to the jack stands because they run out of travel height before the coach is leveled. So for my two cents, the benefit of a soft base to absorb some of the torque to prevent dickering up and bending the pad to cylinder connection, as well as the soft application of the bottom of the pad to the lego blocks to prevent smashing the interlocking lego tops, as well as the permanent extra height I gain from leaving them on is enough for me to get a set. I'm just pissed I didn't come up with this idea myself. I have a lot of experience with the rubber material that they use for the snap pads at ranges. We shoot the dog$#i^ out of the rubber blocks made out of the same material in shoot houses. They will last for quite a while.

These look nice and appear simple to install, but honestly they barely change the foot print size as far as providing more support on soft surfaces.

If you make your own out of plywood per my previous post (2' X 2' footprint) they add more than 4 times the square inches of load bearing surface. I have used mine on non-compacted dirt and they barely sink at all. If you use them on rock/gravel they don't pick up the gravel if you use the orange plastic plates on the bottom, and every racetrack/RV park I've stayed at accepts them in lieu of sliding wood under the levelers when setting up on pavement. And, if you bolt these to your leveler pads, which is simple, you never have to crawl under the rig to position them.

If you are consistently parking on a severely unlevel surface like one of the previous posters, you can even make (for example) the front pads thicker by adding a 3rd layer of plywood. When you set up on level ground, the auto-level system wont care that the front pads are thicker and will compensate just fine.

Received email from SnapPad.
The pad for 10 inch octagonal foot is in process and plan available in March.
the pad will give an approx. 77% increase in overall area of foot. Outer dimension around 13.5? inches.

Price not set yet.

If on a front to back grade I have found that if I park the rear on the high end of the slope and dump air before dropping the leveler feet that it helps the leveling issue on a slope. Being said there are still times that the blocks may have to come out.

Happy camping!

Well I wonder if the Equalizer Jacks being used now can add the bluetooth module, looks like on their website I could add an app to level using my iphone. That would be pretty awesome.
Brian, any idea if the bluetooth module is on the new jacks you are using from Equalizer?

Guess I can wait for March too for the new Snap Pads. They are one of the sponsors for the rally. Go Snap Pad!

Glad they are one of the sponsors, they should be happy that I ordered a set yesterday.

We're not ordering it that way. I think we're talking to them about adding it to the multiplex panel. No reason to have to separate apps.

Where is this blue tooth module on their website? I went to their site and couldn't find any mention of it.
