RVLock Class C/A Keyless Handle w/ Integrated Keypad & Fob
Has anyone installed this lock on an Isata 3 ? Our unit will not ship until June but thinking about ordering a few items to have on hand ready to install when the unit is delivered. Didn't know if it would fit a 2018 model without modifications.

Did not fit my 2017 Isata 5. Would have had to cut and patch my door and would have messed up the Rock Guard film coating. Trying to return it now.

The reason it did not fit on my 2017 Isata 5 was because I already had a lock with keyless entry that made the cutout larger than the rvlock device.

I bought this same lock and was going to be our favorite addition but have been told by RVLock after sending pictures that this isn't doable Our current factory deadbolt is way off and needs adjustment, but I wasn't going to worry about that until after installing the RVLock to see if it was still an issue...
Was your door mechanism different from mine shown below? It looks like the size and shape of mine is completely different even though I purchased the same lock you have, maybe the design of the Isata 3 handle/lock has changed in the past couple of years?

Correct...we changed from a "Slam latch" (two pins on the door side that goes into a slotted striker plate) to a Rotary latch (single larger pin on the jamb side) which is a more automotive two stage latch. The handles are much larger and make it easier to open and close.

Aww ok that's what I was afraid of and what RVLock thought also, but thanks for coming back and letting me know so quickly even on this super old thread, really appreciate that!

The new mechanism definitely seems super solid which is great, we were just really looking forward to not always having to take the key. Do you know of any other aftermarket keypads or locks that would work with this new mechanism while we are in the appropriate thread relating to keypad locks?
I'll search for and/or start a separate thread regarding the alignment issue we're having with the factory deadbolt to keep this one on topic...

Trimark makes one that we use on the trucks. The issue is getting the wire to the pad...we have it built into the door currently.
