SeeLevel Tank Monitor

I am looking at Garnet 709-BTP3 SeeLevel II Tank Monitoring System With Bluetooth to replace the standard tank monitor system in my Force. Has anyone else used this system, if so how do you like it?

I have it in a box to be installed, sadly I have not made it that far on my list of projects. I will let you know if I get it installed

I just sent one to Casey Meyers as well, I had a sample laying around and he had mentioned it. I don't think he was close to getting it installed yet.

I have had some luck with them in the past, but just like anything, installation is important and they are not without their own issues.

Installed one on our previous camper, a 2013 Livin Lite 13' QBB camper.
It worked very well for the four years we used it,
Higher resolution in percentage than current level monitor in our Force HD.
Follow instructions for installation exactly and it should work very well for a long time.
Customer service was very helpful on the phone with any questions I had.
I will be installing one soon on our Force.

Many months ago I inquired with Garnet about getting the bluetooth capable monitoring system. I was told that they were reengineering the unit and it wouldn't be available until maybe the end of 2019. I just looked at rvupgrades.com and amazon.com and neither show any in stock.
I too am looking forward to installing one of these on my camper.

I installed one on our Isata 5 about 2 months ago without Bluetooth. Works great so far. Gives a much better percentage of each tank.

Thanks for the gauge kit BC. I’m on a trip and won’t tackle this till we get back. I’ll post an update on what I do with the installation (it will be modified from what Sealevel recommends) because I have the PP gauges and I also have the Tecma sensors for my macerater toilet to consider.

FYI, we're going to proto another macerating toilet. This one uses the tank gauges that are already on the coach to get their readings.

Maybe I'll wait for your testing results? New toilet, better than the Tecama yellow/red lights issues?

No idea and I am skeptical on how it pulls the data? Especially from the multiplex side.

This isn't exactly what you asked but I have had good luck with Horst Miracle Probes. I installed both the gray and black set. That have a small shield guarding the black probes. Anyway easy swap and no more false reading.

likewise. I liked the old ones better...there were some growing pains when they were bought by Valterra. But the Horst did work well and fit in the same hole as the normal button probes.

Add me to the list of owners that have a SeeLevel set-up in hand and waiting for install. Hoping for the best.

I had a non BT version on my last camper and it was super reliable. I've been thinking of putting the BT one on the Dynamax and would be interested to know when it becomes available again.

2018 DX3 36FK. Installed non bluetooth version 1 1/2 years ago, simple install no additional wiring needed very happy with performance. DW really likes the % reading vs 1/4, 1/2 & 3/4. Would like bluetooth but I have to get up off my butt once in a while
