Question Sleeping capacity?

I am looking at getting into a larger coach. I love my Dynaquest, but it only sleeps 4. I have been looking at several different floor plans and wonder what the sleeping capacity is. I believe I would stay with a coach on the M2 chassis. My question specifically is this. Does the Dream Dinette make into a bunk? If so would it likely be for children or would adults fit in it? My goal is to be able to sleep 6 adults and a bonus would be to have some child accommodations as well. I like the bunkhouse floor plan, but hate losing the under awning space. Any input here would be appreciated.

add an awning onto the side of the bunk house makes a huge difference.

The dream dinette will sleep my 12 yr old who is 5’4”but not my 15 yr old who is 5’11”. If you want to sleep 6 adults the only other option in the ts floor plan is to go with a DX3 with a Cabover

We've had 7 sleep in our BH, but the 2 on the pull out couch have to like spooning lol, its only a full sized bed. The BH floorplan with cabover "could" give you sleeping for 10 IF 2 of them were small children.

If you upsize again, you may have to leave the Dish Washer at home

Have you added an awning to the bunk/bedroom slide? I would love to see pics

Every RV will sleep twice as many people if they are pairs of newlyweds...just saying.

Another option if you only need that many sleeping accommodations occasionally is an inflatable mattress on the floor.

The Dynaquest XL comes with dual awnings for 2019 MY. We have not offered that on the DX3, nor will we for the time being. We do not have backer in the same spots yet and we want to test this out for a bit to make sure there are no concerns. Try a few before we try a bunch.

I do know, it is really tight over the rear slide. So you need to have the slide IN before operating the awning to be safe. The problem is, in the right conditions, if the awning needs to come back in with the slide out, and there is rain on it, it can get hung up on the slide topper.

I have dual awnings on my DX and wish I only had one. Hardly ever use the rear awning, for the same reason Brian said it is too close to the rear slide. Also they hang up and do not deploy all the time {stick in and then pop out when they should be out two feet}. Had them replaced under warranty for rips, and if I looked close I bet I would find rips in the new ones. I just think one would be half the trouble of two.

This is the problem we had when we last went RV shopping. Many, if not most, of the dinettes and sofas are not long enough for a 5’-8” adult. So, bring a tape measure when you go looking.

Just to clarify things. The BH model will really only sleep 4 adults and 4 short people? those of you with the cab-over bunk, will 2 adults fit up there?

It's a 54x80 bed....so regulation full.

The BH would have the rear queen. The pull out full and the cab over full.
Bunks are 30x72. I have adult daughters that would fit in there.
