Slide Issues 36DS

Stuck at Myrtle Beach, SC
Rear slide won't retract. Have a tech coming out sometime soon , we hope.
Anyone know how to get to the motors too release so we can push slide in? Just in case they need help as well.
Have already talked with Dynamax and have tried the manual overrides.

Yeah, I was in the service bay when the tech came out to ask about that. I assume its the same one as it was rear slide on a power gear system.

Weird if it is a motor failure and not just a "lost stop" situation. I think that normally happens when operating...not sitting.

You were right wasn't the motor. It's a wiring issue but not a stop loss problem.
