Slide Seal Maintenance

My DX3 came with a tag that recommended treating the slide seals every 90 days. What is used to condition the seals?

I have the same sticker on my 2018 DX3 37TS and I have the same question.

On previous RVs there was no sticker but I used to wipe them down with ArmorAll Protective Wipes. It seemed to work as they never dried or cracked. I'll keep an eye open for the spray can of seal conditioner.
