Tire pressure systems
Hello,
I'm looking into tire monitoring systems. Does anyone have one they like? The Tire Minder system looks nice, would be better if it was a flow through design. Pressure Pro and TST also look like good options. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Do a search for TPMS and you'll find enough recent opinions to keep you busy reading for hours.

After looking around and reading all I could find, I bought TST last week. Seemed like the best for me. Haven't installed it yet.

Thanks guys. I forgot to search the whole forum and not just the Dynamax portion. I just ordered the TST 507RV 6, looks like a winner.

I have TST 507 but get the kind you like. TPMS is piece of mind. I think TPMS should be standard equipment on a RV of any kind

TST is coming out with a color monitor soon, current owners can upgrade for less money. should be easier to read. I have the 507 and really like it

Halls-how did you connect your repeater in the bedroom area? I cannot find any 12v points w/exception of light fixtures. Thanks.

I love TPMS. It has warned me just before my tire blew out twice now. At least I had a little chance to slow down.

TPMS
The 507 TST system is used by many on this forum and is well liked.

I am using the 507 without a repeater. So far no problem with the signal from my enclosed trailer. I mounted the monitor high above on the dash by the cb.

I am using the Tire Minder on my Dx3 pulling a 2015 chev 1500 Silverado. Indicators on all wheels and it works awesome.

TPMS and REV on a Promaster chassis.
I purchased the TST 507 for my previous RV and it worked well but did take about five minutes to show all tires. The tire that took the longest was the left front.
I transferred the system to my new REV and it took quite a bit longer to show the data.
While reading the Dodge owners manual it stated that aftermarket TPMS could interfere with the OEM ones which are in the tire valve stems. It may be in my case that the OEM interferred with the TST. I have since removed the TST while I hope that the OEM version will give me sufficient warnng of pressure loss.
