Yea my struts we’re located on bottom also moved them to the top. Can open doors further and much easier getting in and out of, don’t have to lift things over them. One of them personal preference things I guess.

I've got to quit looking at this forum...seems like everyday I add more stuff to the todo list.
Awesome job. I had plans to add something similar for a fridge slide this weekend, but ran out of time.

Was it pretty straight forward to relocate the struts?

Very simple, just make sure that when your doing it that the door next to it does not hit it when you open it wider. Also make sure the door next to it will open when the door is open, I didn't have a problem with either of these but did check to make sure. When securing to to of the door I just used a square and came straight up to make sure I stayed on the brace in the door.
