Unused wires

Can anyone tell me what these unused wires are for? Are they activated via an unmarked switch, Ignition, Constant, thermostat, activated when something else is activated? I can bust out the DMM but I was hoping someone could make it easy for me. I was hoping to use them for a power hose real and UV light.

The blue one and the white one hanging down on the right are used for the power hose reel. When I added one to my HD, I used those for the constant and ground. Not sure what the others are for.

We try and use a common harness for the Force and DX3 and XL. So, some wires are not used on the Force. As Halla said...they figured out the power hose reel.

I'm considering a powered reel on my Isata 5 DS are there wires already in the harness like on the DX model that i might use?

Shoreline makes them as do others. I also included a link to their power cord reels.

What model do you have and where did you install it? Hard to find wiring in the storage bin?

I’ll see if I can snap a pic
tomorrow. I installed it next to the power cord real because I couldn’t find room in the wet bay.

I mounted the Glendinning M I spoke about in the wet bay, used aluminum L channel under the bottom of the bay to hold it sturdy, cut in a hose hole in front of it for easy access.

I still have to mount the soft water tank. The original canister is in the wet bay and the UV light is inside by the water pump.

I was mildly concerned at first about putting some water components next to the power cord but it’s all very well insulated so I don’t foresee any problems. Plus this way I don’t have to run my water hose next to the dump hose.

I like the idea of mounting the power hose reel on the floor of the wet bay because all your connections are right there. Looks clean too.

That’s where it’s mounted in my DX3
