OK, finally got around to installing the solid valve stems today. The stems needed to be bent about 1/2” inward to clear the outside Hispec aluminum wheel. The stabilizers they sold me didn’t work. The issue is the oval openings on the Hispec are slanted and maybe 3/4” thick. I cut down the stabilizer, but it just was not thick enough to straddle the wheel openings.

The other issue is if you have your valve stem in the center of the opening, then not sure the TMPS monitoring cap will clear the rim. The Hispec has a “bump” in the middle of the rim that interfered.

What I ended up doing was using a piece of the rubber I trimmed off the stabilizer and placed it in the space between the valve stem and the inside of the oval opening. I then used black gasket silicone and placed a bead along both sides the depth of the oval. Looks much cleaner than the stabilizer, just need to drive it some and see if it holds.
