Warranty issues

I am happy to report that Dynamax's customer support system works. I discovered an issue with the entry door on my 2018 DX3 37TS. After I discovered the problem I took a couple of days to research what was going on, to discover that the fiberglass had come loose from the substrate just below the window and to the right of the door handle.

On Monday June 25, 2018 I took my coach to Van City RV and presented the problem to them and asked for their assistance. Jennifer at Van City RV was extremely helpful, and submitted a claim to Dynamax.

This morning I received an email recognizing that a problem does indeed exist, and that Dynamax was on top of it. Dynamax has offered to work directly with the authorized dealer to get this done.

I expect that it will take several weeks to complete the work, as parts need to be ordered, painted, and installed.

The system works...

Nice. Glad to hear the success stories as well. I’ve always had good experiences as well with dynamax standing behind their product.

Good to see you got a satisfactory response. Sucks though that your rig will be tied up during prime camping season.....

I have shared my travel schedule with all parties. I have a 3 week window in August, so I am hopeful.

I have a question, our 2018 Dynamax DX3 ts is almost 9 months old, still under manufacture warranty but I don't know who to call. I forget who the west coast rep is but it's in regards to the sofa in living room. both seats have totally sunk in. It was very uncomfortable to begin with but we thought we could live with it but now you can't even sit on it without a pillow on the seat part. Who should I call?

I just contacted Dynamax's Customer Support on their website and a person contacted me when I made initial contact. I now have a person who I can contact directly.

You hopefully know that the Dynamax GM is a member here, right?
I would PM him.

Either, thank you, I didn't want to bother you since I didn't take those chairs a few months ago. I'm so sorry but I'm not sure what to do.
My email is terry.demeyer@yahoo.com and text is 828-446-2434
Thank you.

I'll trade for the chairs if you still have them.

I meant did you text him or email him? You said text...but it is his office number that is listed and text won't work, so you would not get a response.

Oh, It was his cell, I found an old text we have previously and texted him on that, it was a 574 area code number but never heard back yet?
Thanks

It's good to know that the system works. I have a couple of minor issues with mine that I need to get attended to.

It's nothing too serious but then again I haven't used mine much so far. I've just toodled around the house in it some but some longer, more demanding trips are coming up later in the summer that will be a real test.
