Waxing, Clear bra, Ceramic coating your dynamax

So I have done quite a bit of research. After weighting the cost of the 3 this is what I'm thinking. Clear bra the entire front of the RV. Get a CS spotless water system hooked up. Maybe get the paint correction done. From there washing should be pretty easy.

This is a brand new RV and I have not yet picked it up yet, however I can see the swirls already on the show room floor. In regards to ceramic, the opinions seem to very deeply. Which brings me to my years or washing and waxing cars, soaping and scrubbing isn't that big of a deal. Its the water spots and drying. CS will eliminate the spots and drying. The clear bra will eliminate the rocks and front end bugs. Based on my experience it draws me away from spending money on ceramic. What are your thoughts??

The front end and all the other front facing edges should come with the clear bra on it already.

windshield up and bumper don't from what I have seen. They do advertise a Dimond shield but looks like its just a pcs of the hood/fender

The clear bra is a good option on the top cap. I am going to ceramic coat my cap in a few weeks before I take her out for summer. see how that holds up. I wax the rest of the coach two times a year and it holds up nice, but I do store indoors, which helps. I did ceramic coat the windows and the black wheels, it holds up really nice.

I know someone on here ceramic coated the entire coach, I am testing the cap before I go all out.

You are correct, from the windshield up (the front cap) is not covered. The front bumper, the first foot or so of the hood, and the front facing portion of the coach where it sticks out beyond the coach on each side of the cab are all covered. All of this is how my 2017 is done. I'm only assuming it's still the same on the latest versions.

That was the only reason I read the thread.

Recently had my Force HD in Elkhart for warranty work. While it was their Diamond Shield came over an added the clear bra material to the front cap. Did a real nice job.

Isata 5 cap is not covered. Only the hood front edge, and the sides up to the cap.

You will get great use using the CR Spotless system, I have it. The one thing I just did is replace the cartridges with a DI Rinse system tubes. Take my word for it, do this right away, the CR replacement resin is junk and doesn't last long. This upgrade tube system allows way more resin, and will last you a lot longer for less money.

You can wash your RV and it won't spot if you don't towel dry. I still towel dry, but this gives you time to get it done.

No ceramic here, and don't fall for those damn so called ceramic products. I just bought some Dual Polymer I am going to try on my coach. Hopefully it works, but allows me to dry wash also.

dannko,
good info! I was looking at buying a cs system but might get the DI one now.

As for the ceramic, Ill be bringing the coach down to the shop that does clear bra and ceramic and get a exact $ on what it will cost. They are estimating 5-10K for ceramic on the entire coach.

Well you still have to buy the CS system, then you upgrade with the DI Rinse tubes and resin after you use up your initial CS systems kit.

It's expensive, but to me worth it as I wash/polish 5 vehicles. Works great for cleaning home windows also without spotting. I bought my CS thru Costco, but not sure if they carry it now. The DI20 is about $400, then I spent appx $265 on the DI tube upgrade and one huge bag of virgin resin.
