Whistle noise Force HD

I have a 2016 Force HD, 8.9 engine, and get a high pitch whistle at 65-68 mph, but comes & goes with engine rpms but around this speed only. I've done the mirror screw holes, door jambs wind proofing. Noise seems in the engine area. Any ideas what might be causing this noise or any of you had a similar noise?

Have same rig and I have found that you can hear the turbo around that speed, will come and go but it is definitely the turbo.

I didn't think it is just turbo because it just occurs at the 65-68 speed and seems higher pitch than just the turbo whine. It is not super loud. It seems to be definitely related to the engine because it comes and goes at this speed if I get off and on the accelerator, don't notice at any other speed/rpm.

There was a thread about whistling on the older 8.3's that some reported leaking gaskets? I may try to look at that?

Check your band clamps on your tubes from your turbo to the intake to see if they are tight. You will get a high pitch noise from them if loose.
