Winegard Roadtrip T4 In Motion Satellite

My Isata 3 was equipped with the Winegard T4 and I used a Dish Wally to complete the installation. We had not used it much and never on the road until the trip we just finished where we brought our 3 yr old grandson.

Trying to keep a 3 yr old entertained for 10 days while driving over 2,800 miles would normally be a challenge, but the T4 worked flawlessly beaming Disney Jr for his enjoyment. My wife would play games with him, but when he tired of that he was always ready for another episode of Puppy Dog Pals.

A tip for Dish customers which is not widely advertised. You can add a kids package of 8 kids only channels for $10 per month and just drop it when it’s not needed. I only have the basic package which is $34 per month and adding the kids pack was way cheaper than their larger channel offerings which include the kids channels and about 150 others I don’t need.

I know some opt for a tailgater or other dish that can be placed free of trees if needed. While that is true, the in motion feature of the T4 was a lifesaver this trip.

Glad to know. The only reason I got the same thing. My grandkids watch movies in my wifes car even if its only a 5 mile drive. They love it.
