Would this be covered by the warranty? Thank you for your assistance.

Problems with brand new 34 tbok

Sabre Sam, I need to talk to you about problems with my 34 TBOK that we purchased in March. Getting everything ready today for our very first camping trip in it next weekend and an electrical fire started under the bunkhouse slide. Please pm me your contact number or email and I will give you anything and everything you need. I dropped it off at the dealer where we purchased it this afternoon. I would perfer to give you the rest of the details in private.

I received your PM and provided it to our warranty department. I'm confident they will be in touch.

2011 32BHOK-6 - white plastic fender

Hello,

During the winter, the fender over the wheels developed a crack from a top screw down to the bottom. We have used white duct tape on it to prevent further damage.

We ordered a new fender from our dealer and it came in tan, not white. They stated a white fender can no longer be ordered. Also it did not have the Sabre logo on it. Are white fenders no longer available?

Sabresam-- we were looking at the 320rets but are now eyeing the possibility of getting a 34REQS. One of our requirements is to be able to access the fridge with slides closed. Can the fridge be accessed by the average person when all slides are retracted on the 34REQS? Also how do the slides go out, 1 at a time in any order so we could choose to pop the left or right slide out at a rest stop without opening both? Or do they go 1 all the way then the other in a particular order, or do they go out simultaneously? This 5ers is a couple hours away so I want to know these answers before driving. Thank you.

anaro,

We have a 2013 34REQS-6 and there is a switch for each slide so they do go out one at a time. You can't access the fridge with the dining/recliner slide closed all the way but you could put it out enough to get to the fridge. BTW we love the layout on our 34REQS-6.

Wiscampsin.

Thanks for being a team player and giving them some insight on the 34reqs.

anaro... The 33rets maybe a floorplan you should look at. The refer is right by the entry door.

We bought a 2010 32 foot Sabre TT from a private individual in almost new cond. Our only concern is the construction of the floor of the shower. It feels pretty flimsy. Taking off the access panel under the shower, we see the shower sits on the side of wood strips with styrofoam on top of the strips. This does not seem very stable. This is our 4th camper and the only one we have had this concern with. Any suggestions on how to firm up the shower floor? Seems like a poor design plan.
Thanks for your input.
