2013 36qbok-7

Planning on picking this up in about a week and a half. Substantial upgrade from our 27 foot TT. Does anybody here own one? We will be doing another walk-through this Saturday. Is there anything particular to this line of fivers that I need to watch for? TIA

I have it’s little brother the 34tbok, also a ‘16. It’s been a great camper.

I owned a 2013 36QBOK. It was one of the first that came off after they introduced this model.

The 2 issues I had were:
1- the bunkhouse slide outs caused us issues. The Schwinrek slide systems went out a few times. Warranty replacements the first 3 times. My dollar/pocket the 4th time.

2- the pin box was underrated for the camper’s GVWR. The pin box was only rated to 15k, but mine had a GVWR if 15,825. Sabre ultimately replaced the pin box for me.

All told, we loved the camper. We spent 200 nights in 3 years and then went Fulltime in it. We had our share of bumps along the way, but I think that was more of the abuse we gave it vs shortfalls for the camper itself.

We had a 2013 34REQS-6 on a seasonal site. Sold it last October. Really miss that camper, it was a great. Only problems we had was a stripped out kitchen faucet handle and a broken day/night shade string. IMHO they built 'em better under the Palomino heading than they do now. Good luck with your 36QBOK.

Have a 2015 and love it! We had to have it sent back to the factory for frame work which I believe is a widespread problem but not sure what years if any outside of 2015 share the problem. It certainly isn't the most well built thing I've ever seen but pretty good in my opinion.
