A huge thanks to SabreSam!
I was going back through the 2 "Ask the Sabre & Silhouette Factory" threads, looking for some specific information. I'm still amazed at how many responses SabreSam has provided with specific information, part numbers and help. In addition to that, I've had my share of PMs with him and he's been amazingly helpful in all of them.
So, I say - raise a glass to SabreSam!

Sabre Family,
Thanks so much....I can only take some of the credit.
1. We do have a core of people at the plant that care about quality and want to build a good product. This really hits close to home when I read on this forum how fewer problems our product has compared to other brands.
2. My wingman, Gary in service.........I can't thank him enough. He truly tries to do the right thing everyday for every customer.
3. You the customers, through all the ups and down, you've worked with us to get them resolved.
As a wise man told me: You don't have to be great to do something, you have to do something to be great!
Be Blessed!

This makes me wish I had a sabre! My puma works for us for now but a sabre is probably in our future.

Yep. Our dealer was going to try to sell us one, if our puma didn't make it in time for our vacation. Said it would have been about $9k more, but we probably would want to option it out!!

I feel like it's time to re-open this thread and tip my hat again to SabreSam. I know his time spent here is on his own and he really tries to help us as much as he possible can.
As I said before, a huge thanks to SabreSam!

Thanks Sam!
I hope FR is aware off all the help he's provided to so many people. He is an asset to this board and to the Sabre division of Palomino.

I wish we had somone like Sabre Sam and the team here on the Forum from the Colon Michigan Plant. Not sure what happened to Palomino Pal? I believe the Colon Michigan plant could use some feedback and comments from owners of their products such as the Solaire line of trailers. Also it would be great to ask questions with someone from the factory. Customers make paydays possible!
Just my 2 cents
Lou
