Help with Factory Contact
I dropped my 36QBOK off at my dealer on October 24,2016. I've not heard a word and can't get any updates out of my dealer. They just keep telling me that the folks at Sabre keep coming and going. I use to have Gary Grigsby and then a Cary Jones number but neither are with the Sabre Division of the company any longer.
Can someone help me with a name and contact number. This is the 3rd trip mine has taken back to the factory for cracking in the sidewalls along with lots of other issues. None of the other trips have taken this long.
Making me Nervous to say the least. Please Help.

I just called a Shawna Benson from the Cherokee division and the phone system says they are in charge of Cherokee, Sabre and 2 other divisions. I left her a detailed voice message so hopefully she will return my call.

The last few times I needed to contact the warranty folks, I've used the Contact Us feature on the website. Each time I've gotten a call back in a day or two.
Lastly, have you tried PM'ing FROG Bob here on FRF for assistance?

Emails and phone calls have been made from both me and my dealer and still no response from forest river as of today at 3:20pm EST.

I just left a phone message for Lisa Goodwin this evening to discuss a warranty issue. I'm waiting for a call back. I had emailed one of my former contacts, Don Hasty, that I worked with during my factory return trips. He responded to me this afternoon saying Lisa Goodwin is the one to speak to regarding warranty items with Sabre. Here is her contact info:

Chad Cook has emailed me and is trying to get me info.
I did find out that its been at the factory since early November 2016 and as of 2/16/2017 its not been touched yet. Still haven't figured that out yet.
What really upsets me is I have a garage I keep it in when I have it. But, instead of it being in my garage all winter, nice and dry, its set outside in a very cold winter in Indiana.

Hopefully you or someone winterized it first... I had surprises on my first factory return when they took it from October to February.

Good idea. I have been in back and forth contact with Lisa a few times now. Unfortunately they are only partially helping me with my brake issue. I'm fighting with both FR and my dealership to get this fixed. Has Lisa responded to you yet?

I've heard nothing from Lisa. Only a few emails from Chad. I've talked with a Mel Jones from the frame company more than anyone. He actually called me 2 times.

Camper has been at the factory off and on since April 25th 2016 and still no date as to when it will be shipped back to me. This last trip I sent it off on October 24th and as of March 22nd no sign of it returning soon. In the last 11 months my camper has been at the factory 8 Months.
To say my patience has about run out is an understatement.

Frog Bob and I chatted a little while back. He helped me get someone at the factory to actually respond to my emails. Still can't get anyone on the phone but I have at least been able to communicate via email.

I asked Bob if he would talk to Sabre about this. Pirates55, please PM him at username "F.R.O.G." with your VIN (NOT HERE IN OPEN FORUM please) and a brief history of what is going on.
Hopefully he can find some free time from planning the Big Rally to poke around for you.

Pirates55, I spoke this morning with Chad Cook, Sabre Warranty Rep. Chad updated me on the issues that were encountered in obtaining the replacement wall for your unit. As you know, the first wall that was received had incorrect paneling, as Chad relayed to your dealer on 3/10 and to you on 3/13.
As Chad e-mailed you on Wednesday, they were expecting to receive the new wall yesterday. They did, in fact, receive it, and it's being installed and trimmed out.
Chad just sent you an e-mail to update you, and to let you know that they expect to have the wall replacement and related work completed by the end of next week. A Customer Service Rep will then contact you to go over the repairs, answer any questions you might have, and arrange for the delivery of the unit.
Please follow up with Chad if you need additional information.
