There goes the upgrade plans

Was thinking of upgrading to the 36BHOK, but that's not going to happen after reading this.

Neil, would not upgrade to anything then as ALL makes have their issues..

Read on some general RV forums about some horror stories out there. BIG difference is FR seems to step up a lot more than other manufacturers..

Mine is fine

I will agree with you that all makes have problems from time to time. It's about how a problem is handled that aggravates or soothes. We are on our way to Goshen right now and will update as we go.

Thats kinda what I think. There are alot of 36qboks sold ive been looking at them since last may. So with 3 or 4 really bad ones, there are dozens of good ones out there.

oops. forgot to check mark that stupid box again!

I couldn't agree with you more. There are thousands of happy 36QBOK-7 owners that haven't gotten online to share their story. I hope I can be one of those happy owners once mine is delivered in early April or late March.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the Sabre. I will have to say that we bought our 2012 34RLQS a little over a year ago and have spent more than 60 days in it and over 10,000 miles and love it. There were only a few minor issues that I took care of myself other than the circuit board in the furnace which was fixed under warranty by a local dealer. We have really enjoyed ours and are leaving for Silverton, Co. in mid April to spend the summer in it. I hope that they get yours fixed and you enjoy it as much as we have.

If you go to the thread "See a lot of Sabre Problems' , it is turning into a pro sabre thread with all the people who are happy with theirs stating this.

Just go thru it like you are buying it for the first time while triple checking those reasons it's there for in the first place.

I used this PDI Checklist to walk through it inside and outside. I ultimately did not make them hookup water and hope I don't regret it. (But, I also feel like Gary will help me get setup somewhere that could take care of things if things come up.)

http://www.angelfire.com/trek/buenav...PDI_V113_2.pdf

I also walked through front to back, back to front and made a list on paper. As I was in it, the plant manager and Gary would both come around and pointed out things to Joe to fix up that they saw.

Mad Daddy and Mad Momma, I've been thinking of you this morning.

Here's hoping you leave there totally happy and happy (again) to own a FR product. Make 'em give you the freebies like they did eDad!

"OK, one last thing to make me totally happy, where are those free goodies that eDad got? Pony up!"

Then you've gotta change your usernames to

Happy Momma
Happy Daddy

I just read this entire thread and honestly, I was doubtful that you two would be taken care of. I am glad that your expectations were met (exceeded?) and you'll soon be reunited with your unit. Reunited......and it feels so good
