Names and Numbers

We left our Sabre at the factory following the Rally a few weeks ago. They told us that it should be ready by the end of the week. The only info that we have received is that it is not yet ready. Cary Jones did inform us that he was leaving the company, effective yesterday. He gave us no names or info as to who we will be dealing with after he is gone. No one is answering our calls or responding to our voice mails.
Can any one suggest to us who we can call or email?

Sorry I can't help, but just wanted to say good luck. This is what they do over there. In one year I went from dealing with Gary Grigsby to Curtis Carlson to Jeremiah Grubert to Cary Jones. You get the same story each time, the person suddenly left the company. In reality they have so many divisions, branches, LLCs, whatever, that they are just constantly moving people around in some sick and twisted shell game just to keep putting you off.

Sorry i cant help you but just wanted to say that sucks and Welcome to the forum! Pretty sure someone on here can help you, never an issue getting things resolved on here.

I looked on the dealer warranty contact sheet. It shows still shows Cary but also has a Tara as Sabre warranty contacts:

Tara is also not answering or returning calls. But she may not be back at work yet....she was hospitalized during the rally.

Sorry you are having issues and I fully understand what you are going through. I have had a Sabre for two years and have been through a handful of people. Had not heard about Cary and Tara until I read this. They are supposed to make arrangements to pick up my trailer in November to take it back to the factory. I haven't heard from anyone since the Rally so I guess I know why now. I wonder if I am on schedule. Good Luck!

Javagirl, I understand that Sabre and Cherokee are working together on some service issues right now while Sabre is going through some transitions. I have a call in to Mike Markham, the Service and Warranty Manager at Cherokee to get details on your situation. I'll pursue it for you and let you know as soon as I hear back from Mike.
