New Sabre Warranty Manager

With my Sabre in the shop for an extended amount of time for repairs again, I reached out to Gary Grigsby for help as I have in the past. I learned Gary is no longer with Sabre. The new warranty manager is Cary Jones. I began dealing with Cary yesterday via email and so far everything is going well. You can find Cary's contact info on the forest river sabre contact us page.

Do you know where Gary went, maybe another division of FR? Might end up being a good contact for other folks if so.

I'm dealing with Cary as well. Everything sounds good so far but we will see......

Funny thing is that it seems every person I have dealt with at Sabre and Lippert tells me they just came into their new position. Either a big shakeup going on there or they move people around a lot to keep stalling customers. At the very least they all act like they care. I will reserve judgement until my issues are resolved.

With Sabre being switched from Palomino to Forest River there were some changes in staffing. Lippert staffing changes have nothing to do with Sabre as they are separate companies. Lipoert is a supplier for FR. Robert Smith is not new, we met him at the factory rally this past August. Cary is brand new. From what I've researched, it appears Cary may have come from Evergreen.

Thanks for the info... I contacted Carey and Curtis at the Sabre division and they were very helpful with my Glide Rail problem...same with General Manager Jeremiah Grubert and the technicians who completed the repair.
