We purchased from Bill plemmons in Raleigh. Wells is the service manager there. He was extremely helpful until he went out for medical reasons, the service writer that was watching things while he was out was not very helpful (I think his name was Chris). While Wells was out I ended up contacting Gary at Sabre directly and skipping the middle man. I have not been back in contact with plemmons/wells since I have been dealing with Gary at Sabre.
If wells is back and you deal with him directly, he will take good care of you. Friday of labor day weekend was when we discovered the propane hose issue as we were packing up to leave. He stayed late after closing shop to try and help talk us through a fix via phone. In August the bedroom slide sheared away from the floor cutting the wiring as well. we couldn't get the slide to close, he patiently talked us through disassembling the bed and how to disassemble the slide motor so we could push it back in and brace it closed. He got us in to the shop for repairs right away and has it back to us within two weeks. He also replaced our nonfunctional microwave and got a repair approved for the cracked fiberglass shower. The only reason the shower was not repaired at that time was he was trying to find someone qualified to do the repair properly and not hold up our camping season. Also the day we picked up our fiver we were on their lot for over 5 hours while Wells and one of his service techs stayed hours post service closing to make repairs before we would accept the fiver. So yes, you are in good hands with them.
