Sabre Schwintek problems

I have a 2012 Sabre 5th wheel, 291BHTS that has been one issue after another. Now, one of the Schwintek motors in the main bedroom slide no longer functions. I've troubleshooted the problem, no luck. I can disengage the motor with my fingers by pulling up, but there physically isn't enough room to yank to motor out. The slide is too close to the"u" bracket the motor is nestled in. Anyone had a similar issue? I have a feeling I got swindled by schwintek.

To remove the motor from my Schwintek slide, the RV tech literally had to undo all of the screws that hold the slide room to the camper. Once loose, he was able to swap the motor and put things back together.

I had 2 factory returns due to a crappy dealer and one of my Schwintek slides. I hope to never buy another camper with them.

There's a great video on You Tube showing how to R&R the motor. Lippert made the video, check it out if you want to see how it's done.
