Slide Room floor wall separation

Can anyone see a problem here. This is the slide room on the drivers side in the bunk house of my Sabre 36QBOK-7. I have the sleep sofa option. It's my opinion that the sofa is to heavy and Sabre should've never put it in the slide room.

Long story short, my camper is at the factory now for the 3rd time. When they called me to go over the repairs and I asked about the slide room floor, they said they didn't see anything wrong with it. So, I forwarded them the pictures my dealer and I took prior to it being shipped back to the factory. I still haven't heard back from them as they were going to look at pictures and call me back. My camper has been at the factory since October 24th 2016.

You can't make this stuff up. I'm about to lose my mind. It beautiful here in North Carolina and all my camping buddies are out camping, heading out to Disney World and I'm still trying to get mine back from the factory. They have had my camper at the factory or at the dealership for repairs as many days as I've had it I the last 3 years. In the last 11 months my camper has spent 8 1/2 months at the factory in Indiana.

This is ridiculous.

So sorry for all your problems.
It really sounds like your dealer isn't doing you much good.
They should be the go between with you and the factory.
They should be all over this situation, contacting the factory daily and discussing the issues and how to correct them.
It's a shame you've had to endure this.

The factory is really the best place to get it fixed but their feet should be held to the fire and that's really the dealer's responsibility.

I hope you get resolve soon.
