For me. It takes less time and effort to complement a person. Then it does to complain about them. Too often One becomes more important then the other. (complaint) I'm not one of those people that feels you have to praise a person just for showing up.(possible in some cases) But if you do a good job.or go above and beyond. It does not hurt to let a person know they did a good or great job.

I met Cary at the FROG Rally. He was VERY helpfull at getting my problems solved. Sabre would be well advised to keep him around for a long long time.
