Lots of great suggestions. I checked battery which is at 13.66 volts. Since we spend some time in FL after Christmas, I winterize by draining and then blowing the lines along with antifreeze in the sinks, shower and toilet. The pump stopped working on our way to FL but had worked until about half way down. I did start to unscrew the plastic piece that must be the diaphragm and/or screen but water started to leak out so I stopped. Guess that's the next step- turn off city water to depressurize the system, then unscrew that plastic piece to check it out. I really appreciate your help as I'm learning a lot about the 5er we call "Beauty". By the way, our ram 3500 dually is called "Buster".

Well I cleaned the screen, there was some refuse but not enough to block the water. So the outcome of my work calls for a telephone call to mobile rv guy. Thanks for your comments and suggestions.
